When deciding to transition from C-suite leadership to consultant and coach, it was very exciting for me to be able to focus on what engages me most -coaching people and supporting organizations through change and adversity. I am privileged to share my processes and knowledge to help my clients.

With over twenty years' experience in Senior Management positions, including Chief Administrative Officer roles, in large and mid-size national and international law firms, I accumulated wide-ranging experience in Business Operations
and Human Resources. With an inherent interest in Coaching, I became a Certified Professional Coach in 2009 and utilized my coaching process as part of my collaborative development of employees. In addition to implementing creative and effective Administrative Operations Management and Leadership, I am lauded for my ability to guide organizations and individuals through change management and career development.
I graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree and attained a Master's in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University. In 2009, I became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner through IPEC, an ICF-accredited coach training program.
